Subject to legal requirements, the personal data of the job seeker will be retained by fsindiacareers.com after deactivation of the prospective employer members until the job seeker formally requests (in hard copy) fsindiacareers.com to erase his/her own personal data from fsindiacareers.com' s database. The job seeker can delete his or her own personal data at any time through the "candidate Login" section of our website.

However it should not be construed that all or any kind of manpower or related services is being committed by the website; The manpower commitment is within the limitations of the resources available. The final decision to shortlist the candidate lies with the recruiting organization, once a candidate provided through our consultancy has joined the organisation, thereafter our website / company shall not be responsible for any kind of personnel issue related to the candidate.

On any kind of service provided by our website, a Service Tax @ 10% ( or the rate as may be applicable at the time of billing ) on the entire billing ( in part / full ) & an additional surcharge of 2% on the amount will be charged as per the government of India notification number 24/97 dated July'02 1997 & subsequent amendments no. 4/2003 dtd. 14thMay'03.
